What the add-on can access

• The current spreadsheet only (spreadsheets.currentonly): to read the ranges and charts you choose to send.
• Send email as you (script.send_mail): to email reports to the recipients you enter.
• Connect to external services (script.external_request): to post reports to the Slack/Teams webhooks you enter and to check your license.
• Run when you are not present (script.scriptapp): to create the hourly trigger that sends scheduled reports.
• Display a sidebar (script.container.ui).

What we store and where

• Schedule settings (names, ranges, recipients, webhook URLs) are stored inside the spreadsheet's add-on properties in your Google account. We do not copy them to our servers.
• Report content (cell values, PDFs, CSVs) is generated in Google's Apps Script environment and sent directly to the destinations you choose. We do not receive or store it.
• Chart images (Pro only): to show a chart in Slack or Teams, the chart image is uploaded to our server (Cloudflare) and served from a hard-to-guess link so Slack/Teams can display it. Images are deleted automatically after 30 days.
• License data: when you subscribe, Stripe gives us your email, Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We store these with your license key to check whether Pro is active. The add-on sends only the license key when it checks.
• Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Google user data – Limited Use

RangeDrop's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features you configure. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or let humans read it except with your permission, for security, or as required by law.

Third parties

Google (Apps Script, Gmail sending), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (license service and chart images), and the Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace you choose to send to.

Retention and deletion

Delete schedules from the sidebar, or uninstall the add-on, to remove them. License records are kept while your subscription exists and for up to 7 years afterward for tax and accounting records. Email us to request access to or deletion of your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information under Canada's PIPEDA and other applicable laws by emailing support@getrangedrop.com.
