Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Yadun Know (sole proprietor, "we") for the RangeDrop Google Sheets add-on and related services. By installing or using RangeDrop you agree to them.
The service
RangeDrop sends content from your Google Sheets to destinations you configure. You are responsible for the content you send, for having permission to send it to those recipients and channels, and for complying with anti-spam laws (including Canada's CASL). Don't use RangeDrop for unsolicited bulk email.
Plans and billing
The free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro is a subscription billed in advance monthly (US$6) or yearly (US$49) through Stripe, plus applicable taxes, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through "Manage billing"; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. We refund the first payment on request within 14 days by emailing support@getrangedrop.com. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
License keys
Each key belongs to one subscription. Keep it private. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or abused.
Availability
Delivery depends on Google, Slack, Microsoft and email providers and their quotas (for example, Google's daily email limits). Scheduled reports are sent within the hour you choose, not at an exact minute. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using RangeDrop at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
